Who this is for: Absolute beginners who have never played underwater hockey.
Goal of this level: Build comfort in the water, controlled breathing, and calm participation in the game.
Typical delivery: 1–4 sessions (90 minutes each).
Development tracking: During Level 1 sessions coaches may observe players demonstrating
core skills. When a skill is consistently demonstrated it may be signed off
using the Underwater Hockey Badge System.
